About the Role
Join our TEG team to help us evolve our software solutions that assist in critical blood therapy decisions. We are seeking a strategic and visionary software leader to guide our transition to a next-generation, cloud-hosted IoT platform.
Your focus will be on driving innovation and leading a talented team, while still providing necessary support for our existing on-premises solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our next-generation cloud-hosted platform.
- Manage and mentor multiple software teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive large-scale projects from concept to implementation.
- Support existing software solutions while driving forward innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in cloud development, including strategy and deployment.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience in an FDA-regulated or healthcare industry.
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role.
