We’re seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Manager to lead operations in our Level 3 NICU . This full-time, day-shift leadership role reports to the Nursing Director of Women, Infants & Children and carries 24 / 7 accountability for team management, patient care quality, and departmental operations.

✅ Requirements :

• Current CA RN License
• 5+ years NICU nursing (3+ years leadership)
• BSN (or in-progress with plan)
• BLS & NRP (active)
• Certified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (or in-progress with plan)

✨ Preferred : MSN, NRP Instructor, Transport experience
