Associate Attorney
Job Details :
Seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Las Vegas team. This exciting opportunity offers a partnership track, associate bonuses, affiliation with plaintiffs’ organizations, and more.
Ideally, minimum 1-year previous experience working for a personal injury law firm, experience with using Filevine, and the ability to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities :
- Assist Managing Attorney with managing a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Handle cases from inception through resolution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.
- Frequent and consistent communication with clients.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in Nevada.
- Willingness to develop your own client base and referral sources.
- Participate in local, state, and national lawyer associations and events.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license with the Nevada State Bar.
- 1+ year of experience in personal injury law pre-litigation and / or litigation.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
