What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Build, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces using CMS platforms
  • Lead meetings, manage deliverables, and align with business goals across a 15-person team
  • Produce clear technical documentation and conduct rigorous testing to ensure quality
  • Proactively suggest module system improvements and automation opportunities
  • Identify and escalate issues, document impact, and provide technical support as needed

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools
  • Ability to represent the website as the main point of contact and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ year of experience in enterprise-level systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service
