What We're Looking For
The ideal therapist is a motivated self-starter with a sense of humor and a can-do attitude, a compassionate and empathetic individual with a genuine passion, excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
And has a desire to help individuals facing mental health challenges with the capability to think outside the box and adapt to changing situations.
The Therapist provides mental health and SUD assessments, care coordination, treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
The Therapist will collaborate with the treatment team and community partners to help clients step down from higher levels of care.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Licenses / Certifications
- Must procure licensing in the State of Utah
- Fully licensed CMHC, LMFT, LCSW
