Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Description / Requirements

Educate patients / families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety as applicable to services provided.

Coordinate physical therapy services with other agency personnel by participating in care.

you will make your own schedule and complete follow up visits following a PT evaluation.

This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $65-70 per visit . visits are 45 minutes in length.

Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County : Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Diamond Bar, Rialto, Riverside, Colton, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Corona, Huntington beach, Newport, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License
Valid California Driver License / with transportation insurance

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem available.

Pay : $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
