Avergae Admissions in 24 hrs : 35-40
Average Day Admits : 6-8

Shift Responsibilities
Day Rounders : Responsible for follow ups, discharges, and occasional admissions.
Day and Swing Admitters : Responsible for all admissions & consults.
Night Admitters : Responsible for all admissions, consults & floor call.
Who is responsible for running codes?
The code team comprised of RT, House Supervisor, ER, intensivists.
Does hospitalist respond with Rapid Response Team?
Although the hospitalists are not a part of the RRT, they should respond promptly if a rapid is called on their patient.
Is Hospitalist responsible for APP supervision?
The Medical Director is the official supervising physician for APPs .
