Ideal Candidate Profile :

ISS is seeking experienced Senior Safety Managers to support ongoing and upcoming data center construction projects . This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in safety leadership, particularly in large-scale, multi-phase construction environments.

Project Scope : Working with General Contractors at multiple locations during construction phases of projects. Working with GCs to implement and adhere to the Safety Management System. Visiting different sites, many of which are on the same campus. Site walks, reports, and meetings.

Safety Scope : Serve as the project site level representative (owner representative). Conducts daily observation, assessment, measurement, analysis, etc., of construction work activities within the construction zone.

Mandatory Work Experience : The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of safety experience, preferably as an Owners Representative (Owners Rep). The candidate must be professional, well-spoken, and have strong computer skills. They should also be adept at building relationships with various stakeholders and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Duration : 6+ months

Work Schedule : 5 days per week, 40 hours
