OCES is looking for a dedicated, talented Registered Nurse RN to participate as an integral member of the team. As such, you'll assess, authorize, and coordinate quality service plans in accordance with applicable program requirements to meet the social and medical needs of the individuals we serve.
This is a Part Time position - 3 days per week.
How you'll make an impact :
- Provide comprehensive assessments of program participants
- Establish, review and revise care plans in accordance with funding source regulations, OCES procedures and standards
- Participate in intra / interdisciplinary review of cases
- Monitor compliance with all applicable regulations and program standards
- Provide in-house consultation and on-going education to OCES consumers and staff as needed
What you bring to the table :
- A passion for working with older adults and individuals with disabilities
- At least two years' health related clinical, supervisory and / or administrative experience
- Current MA RN License
- Degree in Nursing can be substituted for experience
- Willingness to learn and grow with OCES.
