Department Overview
The Twin Lakes Rehabiliation clinic, located in Roseville, evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses from cerebral palsy, to treating childrens who may have difficulties with motor milestones / muscle control and coordination.
They provide training to children and their parents / caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment in order to promote independence.
Position Summary
- Responsible for the evaluation and provision of speech therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including physician orders;
- provides patient / family / caregivers, staff and student training; provides a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment;
manages time effectively and promotes patient / family, physician and intradepartmental satisfaction. All of the position's duties are performed within Children's Hospitals and Clinics Standards of Behavior.
Master's degree from an accredited speech language pathology school. Certificate of Clinical Competence or in their Clinical Fellowship Year.
Minnesota state registration. BLS Certification. Pediatric experience preferred.
