If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! Position Summary : As a Full-Time Grocery Store Lead Associate, you’ll play a key role in our grocery department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

In addition to your regular duties as a Grocery Associate, you’ll take on minor supervisory responsibilities, such as assisting with training new team members and ensuring the department is well-organized and fully stocked.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position that offers a fun, fast-paced work environment where you can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities : Grocery Excellence : Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all products are fresh and attractively presented.

Customer Engagement : Provide outstanding customer service by helping shoppers find products, answering questions, and offering recommendations.

Lead by Example : Take on minor supervisory tasks, such as training new associates and providing support to your team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Inventory Management : Help with receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and proper storage of products.

Qualifications : Must be 18 years or older. Customer Service Skills : A friendly, outgoing personality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Leadership Potential : Experience in a grocery or retail setting, with the ability to take on minor supervisory responsibilities.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Skills : Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Legal Right to Work : Authorized to work in the U.S. Footwear Requirement : Must wear non-slip shoes for safety on the job;

Visual Acuity : Strong peripheral and near / far vision for quality control. Auditory Skills : Quick to hear and respond to instructions and customer needs.

Strength and Stamina : Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Flexibility and Balance : Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and move with ease.

Temperature Tolerance : Comfortable working in varied temperatures. Allergy-Friendly : Able to handle a range of fresh ingredients.

Climbing Confidence : Comfortable using step-stools and ladders. Clear Communication : Effective at conveying instructions and collaborating with the team.
