Required Qualifications

1.active Compact or PA license

2.DOB and SSN

Experienced in :

• Structural heart procedures- TAVRs
• Endovascular aneurysms
• Thoracic aneurysms
• Open Vascular procedures
• Carotid endarterectomy
• Wires, balloons and stents in the cardiovascular anatomy
