Analyzing accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings, and financial projections as prepared in various formats by clients.
Requires : Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.
S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
- Two (2) years of experience with Master’s degree or five (5) years of experience with Bachelor’s degree with the following : building and reviewing financial models including operating models, merger and acquisition (M&A) analyses, discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout valuations and models;
- developing complex presentations and financial analyses using Microsoft Office; working on teams providing financial advice to healthcare companies on M&A transactions, capital raising, and other complex financial transactions;
performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions; and working with financial data providers such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other software programs.
FINRA Series 79 or able to obtain within 6 months of hire. 5-10% domestic travel required for client meetings and working sessions.
