RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process Daily Investment Reporting, Pricing, and Capital Activity for Alts (Alternative Investment Strategies) Portfolio
- Oversee AI-Based Document Collection and Data Extraction Technology; Validate Downstream Impact to Datawarehouse, Research Management System (RMS), and Accounting Software
- Research and Resolve Transaction, Profit and Loss, and Valuation Reconciliations Between Internal Records, Investment Reporting, Third Party Administrator, Banks, and other Counterparties
- Coordinate with Third-Party Administrator During Periodic Accounting Closes to Validate Performance, Capital Activity, and Other Investment Metrics Included In Our Investor Reporting and Internal Analytics
- Produce and Deliver Internal and External Reports such as Investment Exposures, Hedge Fund Performance Attribution Analysis, Fund Performance, and Ad-Hoc Requests Related to Alts
- Participate in Operational Workflows Related to Deal Closing and Execution, Investment Profiling, Fulfillment of Legal Amendments, and Ad-Hoc communications with External Investment Partners
- Contribute Towards Projects : Including RMS Conversion, Technology Optimization, Investment Data Collection, Workflow Automation, and More
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1-3 years of Operations Analyst Experience with a Strong Passion for Finance & Investments
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and Team-Player with the Ability to Work Under the Guidance of Senior Professionals
- Relevant Operations Analyst Experience Developed at Prior Investment or Capital Markets-Related Firm
- Strong Work-Ethic, Ambitious Mindset, Go-Getter, & Positive Attitude
