Job Title : Regional Sales Territory Manager - Southern Central Region
Location : Dallas, TX or Kansas City, MO (Remote)

What You Will Be Doing :
- Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory (Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the packaging equipment industry.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our packaging equipment.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing, applications, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and services.
- Work with software such as Microsoft products (Dynamics, Sales Professional, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
What You Need for This Position :
- Minimum 4 years of professional B2B sales required, preferably within a technical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and creating and managing a sales funnel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
