Project Manager
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Job Description
Responsible for managing multiple complex projects, ranging from implementation of enterprise wide applications to building end to end solutions for mid to enterprise sized clients.
Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and other partners of the client, including interfacing with internal personnel and clients.
Understand client technology goals, formulate strategies, and develop implementation plans. Prepare budgets and estimates for clients.
Track project budget, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues to arrive at alternate solutions to meet project objectives.
Hold conversations with business resources, technical resources, engineers, low voltage cabling vendors, construction vendors, and other miscellaneous vendors to share project objective, plan, and implement the designed solution.
Understand all aspects of technology from networking, software development, systems administration, VOIP, building moves, workstation automation, and software integrations.
Job Requirements
The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems or closely related field.
- The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year (12 months) of experience with all the following : (a) Managing projects with $500,000+ budgets and with a duration of 6+ months;
- b) Preparing budgets and estimates; (c) Defining project scope and developing the implementation plan; (d) Analyzing project risks and dependencies;
and (e) Creating and presenting project status and completion reports.
