We are a leading employment law firm in California, specializing in representing workers in class and representative actions across the state of California.
We are seeking a full time associate with a a minimum 2 years' experience in California employment class actions / PAGA actions to assist in our constantly growing practice.
We need someone who will be able to handle the day-to-day aspects of a case.
We are looking for the associate to have experience in motion practice, (i.e., class certification motions oppositions to motions to compel arbitration, etc.
discovery and depositions, and settlements of class / PAGA actions. The position would be predominantly remote, with regular zoom meetings.
Annual salary starts at $100,000-$150,000 with benefits, with the potential to earn more through bonuses.
