Needs at least a year experience with real estate. Needs to KNOW what a good lead is and how to comp and run numbers to find our asking price.
Needs to be able to talk clearly and confidently on the phone. You will be making calls and sending text messages to sellers and agents discussing properties.
You will be attending meetings three times a week with the team. You will be working with the CRM system : Podio. This is a full time position.
Hours are 11am-7pm American Standard Eastern time.
