Akkodis is seeking a Team Technician for a Contract job with a client in Queen Street Southington, CT. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated and semi-automated machinery to ensure smooth production operations.

Candidates must have proficiency in troubleshooting motor controls, mechanical systems, and automation equipment. Responsibilities include performing machine setup, repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance tasks.

Job Title : Team Technician- Shift I

Location : Southington, CT (Onsite)

Duration : 10+ Months

Shift- 1st Shift -Mon- Fri (6 : 45 AM- 03 : 15 PM)

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Team Technician job responsibilities include :

Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair.

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and perform equipment / product changeovers.

Complete shift start-up paperwork and maintain production efficiency records.

Assist with training new Technicians and maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.

Desired Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required; technical school background is desirable.

Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with automated and semi-automated equipment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting motor control systems and mechanical systems.

Knowledge of tools and processes used in the maintenance and repair of automated machinery.

Bachelor’s Degree is not required for this role.

Pay Details : $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
