Our client's company is a leading provider of shipping supplies, including laser labels, product labels, D.O.T labels, and hazardous materials handling supplies.
They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to meet the diverse needs of their customers.
They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service & Outside Sales Representative to join their team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in prospecting new business and assisting current customers with their needs.
Outside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate labels and shipping supplies.
- Handle inquiries related to hazardous materials and safe handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the in-office team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience with various types of labels (shipping, laser, product, D.O.T, hazardous, safe handling).
- Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to sell.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
