Specific Qualifications :
- 3+ years of prior restaurant management experience in high volume ($6M+) casual or upscale / fine dining required
- Italian food , wine and service experience
- Exceptional people and development skills, and a proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching and managing talent
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
- Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with team members
