As Software Engineer II, you are responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and deployment;

Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs.

What you'll do :

  • Responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Writing unit and integration test cases.
  • Responsible for writing automated tests to ensure that the software functions as expected and also debug / fix any issues or bugs that arise during the testing phase.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to ensure the software meets quality standards and have ability to handle smooth production deployments.

What you'll bring :

  • 1 to 2 years of development experience of building micro services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot technologies; Knowledge on SQL resources such as Oracle or PostgresSQL or MSSQLServer;
  • Basics of message brokers such as Kafka or EventHub or ServiceBus or PubSub; Basic knowledge about NoSQL such as Cassandra or Cosmos is an added advantage;
  • Experience on writing unit and integration test cases.
  • Solid knowledge of OOPs concepts, design patterns. A disciplined approach to development, exception handling, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment
  • Knowledge on cloud environments such as Azure or GCP.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area.

Option 2 : 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Certification in Security+, Network+, GISF, or GSEC, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
