Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County is seeking a Primary Care Provider dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care to our community.
Our group has opportunities available in Oxnard, Santa Paula, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Ventura.

Compensation Range : $315,000 - $330,000 / Year

Dignity Health Medical Group Ventura County , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a multi-specialty clinic with seven locations in Ventura County, including Camarillo, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks.
Along with our local affiliated hospitals at St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John s Hospital Camarillo, we are committed to providing high quality, compassionate care throughout Ventura County.

Responsibilities
Patient Care :
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
Communication :
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide clear and concise medical information.
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Documentation :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plan
Compensation Information :
$151.44 / Hourly - $158.65 / Hourly
