About the role

As senior Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will spearhead the development and execution of our mobile application strategy across iOS and Android platforms.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Business Development, and other product teams, you will drive product initiatives from conception to launch.

Your expertise will be pivotal in directing the strategic course for Way2B1's emerging mobile applications.

What you’ll do here

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile app roadmap aligned with business goals, focusing on improving app quality and increasing customer adoption.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of native iOS and Android frameworks to guide technical decisions and uphold best practices throughout the development cycle.
  • Identify and prioritize features and enhancements by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to convert product requirements into detailed user stories and specifications.
  • Lead user testing and experiments to refine app performance, enhance user engagement, and improve retention.
  • Track key performance metrics to uncover improvement opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Bring to the Role :

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile app development.
  • Deep expertise in iOS and Android with hands-on experience building and shipping mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app design principles, user experience best practices, and mobile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Skilled in writing detailed documentation that clearly communicates product visions, plans, and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interested in leveraging AI / ML to drive innovative product solutions.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiar with the fintech landscape, bringing valuable insights from past experiences to elevate our products (though not required, it's a definite plus!).

The compensation for this position offers a salary range of $180,000 to $215,000 USD plus equity.
