About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : N / A Must-Have : - Resume- Three professional references- COVID test conducted 72 hours prior to start date with results issued within 48 hours before starting- Completion of a prescreen, resume, and license verification Job Description : Ensure prescreen is completed and attached upon application submission.
- Submit resume and license verification; incomplete applications will be declined.- SNF experience preferred, but not mandatory for new graduates.
- Conduct a COVID test and ensure results are available before the start date.- Perform state, county, federal, and multi-state criminal background checks for the last 7 years.
- Conduct nationwide Sex Offender Search and Social Security Number trace.- Complete HHS / OIG, GSA, and SAM searches.- Provide proof of 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon, or present documentation of positive PPD with Chest X-Ray.
- Maintain compliance with credentialing checklist requirements.Note : Bilingual skills and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
