Our client is a pioneering fintech start-up helping people re-define their relationship with money, with the World’s first ever mobile app built for their area of personal finance / investing.
The company is 2 years into its journey, Beta launched in the USA and UK, attracted some high profile fintech non-execs and struck a partnership with a top 10 global asset manager, all of which is testament to the pioneering nature of their app.
They can demonstrate they have global first mover advantage and are consequently accelerating growth, so exciting times!
In line with their growth plans they’re looking for an additional team member to join the product management group, reporting directly to and working closely alongside the Chief Product Officer (CPO) who will be your mentor.
You’ll be provided with first class training and mentoring by the CPO who is looking to develop someone into a full Product Owner role, so an accelerated development programme, as part of which you’ll be :
Contributing to the product road map.
Designing product enhancements, with a focus on front end app useability and functionality.
Conducting user interviews and collecting feedback.
Proactively identifying inefficiencies and areas for product improvement.
Creating wireframes for product enhancements.
Work through iteration sprints, working closely with the development team to ensure the product reflects the vision.
Our client is looking for the following in suitable candidates :
A good Batchelor’s degree and at least one years professional work experience.
Previous Business Analyst, UX / UI design, or Product Management team type experience with digital / mobile app / technology solutions would be preferable, but not a pre-requisite.
Ability to be creative with ideas, designs, and solutions to solving problems.
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research to drive design and seek product improvements.
A driven and determined attitude conducive to a dynamic high growth start-up team environment.
A personal interest in finance would be great to see.
