The Role :
The Sales and Marketing Team is rapidly expanding and we’re looking for a Sr. Director Global Sales to spearhead our continued growth.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated technical knowledge delivering customer solutions within the semiconductor industry and the acumen to deliver against aggressive business targets.
They will be responsible to further position Integense as a preferred partner for our semiconductor portfolio of parts for TPH (Thermal Print Head), Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), Solar (Inverters and Storage) along with Power and Isolation Technologies.
This is a high-visibility role with significant contribution towards achieving the organization’s strategic plan. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities :
- Apply domain expertise to understand and engage in the Customer Acquisition Journey, to support Ideation (pre-sales) through mass adoption (post-sales) that meet Business Targets.
- Develop business cases and champion customer objectives, gaining the support needed to drive solutions to meet customer needs.
- Garner insights from customers that transform design wins to revenue with accurate demand and revenue forecasts.
- Engage in relevant industry events, meetings and social activities to maintain and build meaningful professional relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels (engineering to C-suite).
- As Growth initiatives are met, help continue to build out and own the Sales Organization (RSM / FSE’s), as needed.
- Identify and Support Global Customers in the US, EU and Asia.
- Support Product Marketing to help ideate and continually improve messaging, to differentiate and create value in a competitive landscape.
- Must have at least 10+ Years in Technical Sales, Product Definition and / or Product Marketing in Analog / Mixed-Signal Semicondutor.
- Expertise in solution selling, early-stage innovation engagements, team collaboration and executive communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, etc.).
- Ability to travel in and out of the US, as needed, to support key account penetration.
