As a Service Technician, you can earn up to $75,000 per year in total compensation , including competitive pay of $25-$26 per hour and an assortment of earning opportunities. What You’ll Do :

As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our growth. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment.
  • Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products.
  • Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
  • Handling emergency service calls (on-call rotation).
  • Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed.
  • Collecting payments and following up on account balances.
  • Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and / or driving experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to climb stairs, enter kitchens, and work in tight spaces.
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
