Responsibilities Ascension Wisconsin is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician for our Spring Street Clinic. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients. OPPORTUNITY
• Join a robust practice consisting of : ○ Six Internal Medicine Clinicians ○ Four Internal Medicine APPs ○ Ancillary & Management Staff Support
• Ability to grow practice quickly
• Full Range of Internal Medicine
• Practice Opportunity will be 100% outpatient
• Provider 36 patient contact hours per week
• Extended access hours allows for flexibility in scheduling
• Call is shared amongst Internal Medicine clinic Providers ○ Approximately once every 10-14 days ■ Phone only-no inpatient responsibilities Facilitated by Nurse Triage

• Physician MD / DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office. Education :
