Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Multi Tools Sales Manager / Multi Tools Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the United States.
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners, while promotion our innovative multifunctional tools.
This role demands a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive our market presence and achieve sales targets within the USA.
Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in the outdoor, camping, and general retail sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and address customer needs effectively.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network, showcase products, and gather market insights.
Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
Conduct product training and presentations to ensure partners have a comprehensive understanding of our product features and benefits.
Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Must Have :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ( MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of 2+ years of experience of successful sales management, in the outdoor, sporting goods, or related industries.
Strong network of contacts and relationships within the retail and distribution landscape in the USA.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Ability to travel for trade shows and industry events as required.
Nice to Have :
Passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the outdoor gear market is a plus.
Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
