Summary / TWC Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Research Associate to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting academic research initiatives focused on housing and community development, with expertise in advanced data collection, statistical analysis, and Geographic Information Systems .
This is a Grant Funded position.
Essential Duties Summary

- Conduct thorough literature reviews and stay updated on the latest research trends in housing and community development.
- Collaborate with senior researchers to design and implement research projects.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and GIS tools for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Collect, process, and analyze spatial data to uncover patterns and trends related to housing and community development.
- Develop and maintain databases for efficient data management, incorporating GIS datasets.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and visual presentations of research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Remain up-to-date with emerging methodologies and technologies to enhance research capabilities.
