We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to join the Talkishco team in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing individual who loves connecting with people and providing outstanding customer service.

As a Call Center Representative, you will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our customers, resolve customer inquiries, and build relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound customer calls, inquiries, and orders while providing excellent customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
  • Confirm customer orders, provide order updates, and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer records and contact information.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve and optimize customer service operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Compensation
