The Associate Director, Client Partnership leads and fosters mid-level Client relationships. They collaborate with other members of the Client Partnership team, project management, and experience teams to communicate Client objectives and develop effective and creative solutions.
Leads a portfolio of complex projects and serves as key day-to-day contact for primary Client. The Associate Director supervises the work of assigned direct reports.
Coaches and mentors to support team member development.
Key responsibilities
Establish, own, and foster mid-level client relationships
Ensures the execution of the vision for the assigned client / s based on aligned strategies and plans
Regularly and convincingly communicate agency value delivered to client’s business to ensure strength of continued relationship
Identify, propose, and close organic growth opportunities
Pro-active management of assigned projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Develop and coach direct reports
Champion sharing across teams, brings best practices and an optimization mindset to all projects and deliverables
Actively contributes to agency culture and Client Partnership capability development
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
8+ years of experience working at an agency
Strong video and still production experience required
Experience leading brand campaigns and creative development; social and influencer experience a plus
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; ability to switch quickly and comfortably between priorities as determined by Manager / Client need.
Bachelor degree required.
