Job Purpose : To gain real world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products
Responsibilities :
- Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader
- Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary
- Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance
- Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities
- Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees
- The position is very hands-on - supervisors are usually in the production area on-their-feet about 80% of the shift
Requirements :
Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.
0 cumulative GPA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position
- Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
- This position will require access to and / or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.
Location and Hours :
- Location possibilities include Atlanta, GA, Austin, MN, Beloit, WI, Dubuque, IA, Osceola, IA, Rochelle, IL, Papillion, NE, or Willmar, MN
- Location is based on business needs at the time an offer is made
- Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August
Compensation / Benefits :
- Competitive wage The base pay range is $20 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location
