- Spearhead capital raising and investment management initiatives to ensure the organization's financial vitality.
- Oversee the comprehensive preparation for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO), addressing regulatory compliance and market strategy.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify and implement growth strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development opportunities.
- Direct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes to facilitate strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative culture that drives excellence.
- Engage effectively with investors, board members, and other critical stakeholders to communicate financial status and strategic direction.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
