Your day to day as a Manager of Program Managers

As the Plant Manager for CG Plastics, within Commercial Tool Group, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring a talented team dedicated to the success of plastic injection mold sampling and production. Your leadership will ensure that projects remain on track in terms of cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Are you the Plant Manager we're looking for?

To excel as the Plant Manager at CG Plastics and Commercial Tool Group, candidates must possess a strong foundation in plastic injection molding processes, preferably with a degree in Plastics Engineering Technology or related field. Your 10+ years of experience in plant operations management, specifically in plastic injection, coupled with a proven track record in a leadership role, will be crucial. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships within your team and with external stakeholders.

Moreover, your adeptness with ERP software, such as Epicor, and Microsoft tools will empower you to keep programs on track, ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding customer satisfaction. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Degree in Engineering (Plastics Technology, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or other related fields) preferred
• 10+ years experience in plant / operational management or related fields with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in the plastic injection molding industry is required
