Shift Details :

  • PRN Basis : As needed
  • Shift Length : TBD
  • Half Day : 4 hours or less
  • Full Day : 4-8 hours

    • Responsibilities :

    We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Key responsibilities include :

  • Conducting interview-based exams with some physical assessment.
  • Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.
  • No prescribing or treatment required.
  • Utilizing a Goniometer for assessments.
  • Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions.
  • Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
  • Submission of Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion.

    • Additional Details :

  • Need : Ongoing PRN basis
  • Certification Requirements : Board Certified / Board Eligible
  • State License Requirements : Utah
  • Provider Needed : More than 5

    • Training and Support :

  • Training will be provided for all Reporting / DBQs.
  • Evaluations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed regularly.
