Job Description
Press Ganey is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with specialized experience in managing FedRAMP authorized products.
This role is critical in overseeing our survey and nursing quality platforms, especially those utilized by government clients.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this Senior Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, risk and compliance, and government clients and federal agencies.
This position ensures that government product offerings and enhancements meet our client needs while achieving and / or maintaining FedRAMP authorization, upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the technical product development lifecycle of FedRAMP-authorized products.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain FedRAMP authorization, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Work closely with the product organization, engineering, risk, security, and compliance teams to provide FedRAMP compliant product offerings, enhancements, updates, and ongoing maintenance of monitoring and compliance.
- Serve as the primary product liaison for government clients, ensuring their specific needs are met and that our products enhance their operational efficiency.
- Cross-functionally collaborate to continuously lead and improve technical product roadmaps, delivery plans, cutover and implementation plans, process improvements, and governance structures as related to FedRAMP authorized offerings.
Qualifications :
- 7-10 years of experience as a technical product manager, preferably within in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Proven expertise in managing FedRAMP-authorized products and a deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements, processes, and agencies.
- Technical background with a strong grasp of product management practices in healthcare or related fields.
- Experience with VA or other US government organizations is ideal but not required, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of this client base.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple departments and with various stakeholders including executives.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000-$250,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
