As a Key Accounts Specialist within the Americas Customer Care team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our distributors' and customers' experiences with client. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that our partners and customers achieve their desired outcomes and goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain trustable relationships with key partners and customers, ensuring continuous engagement.
  • Support relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Strategically meet with internal and external stakeholders to plan and address key customer needs.
  • Conduct business reviews utilizing various tools and reports to analyze data and performance.
  • Maintain a customer-focused attitude, aiming for superior customer satisfaction.
  • Support ongoing delivery needs, including order escalations, effective demand forecasting, order entry, and training on client processes.
  • Provide strategic support for post-order needs such as credits, returns, warranty, repair, and shipping errors.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure cohesive relationship preservation with clients.

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and customers, presenting data and concepts clearly.
  • Innovative and design-oriented mindset, capable of translating data into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and judgment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for cross-cultural intelligence.
  • Agile execution with a "can-do" attitude, capable of navigating competing priorities.
  • Strong situational awareness and stress management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other relevant tools.
