Established accounting firm is looking for an experienced full charge bookkeeper to help with a variety of accounting & bookkeeping tasks.
Job Summary
- Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendor statements
- Post & Maintain journal entries
- Month End and Final Reports
- Year End Preparation
- Prepare business license and personal property tax reports
- Assist with workers' compensation audits
- Prepare sales tax filings
- Strong QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience needed, Intuit Software, & MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail & organized
- General office admin tasks and supportive duties
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient written and oral English skills
- Personal and Corporate tax return preparation skills are not required but are welcome
Worksite :
In office position, not available for satellite work
Job Type : Part-time 20 -30 hours a week with potential for additional hours during peak times
Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule :
Three days per week Monday to Thursday with some flexibility and possibility of additional hours as needed
