Program dates : May 30 August 8, 2025 Location This position is fully remote / work from home Work Authorization US work authorization required for role The Main Responsibilities Lumen’s Human Resources organization is looking for a Solutions Marketing Creator for our Content-Product Solutions team.

The intern will be responsible for content development in support of various marketing campaigns. They will shadow senior team members in high-profile content initiatives and will develop a blog to be published under their name by the end of the program.

Other responsibilities of intern will include : Lead content creation Collaborate with Marketing campaigns to influence strategy Conduct research for the team on important trends and changes in the industry What We Look For in a Candidate Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment for the entire 10-week program.

Required qualifications Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship Graduating August 2025 May 2026 Preferred fields include but not limited to : Marketing, Journalism, Business Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 August 8, 2025) Proficiency and understanding of : MS Office Suite Preferred qualifications Writing experience Enjoys collaboration and works well in team environment Comfortability interacting with different levels of leadership and presenting solutions Unafraid to ask questions to find solutions Thinks outside the box to challenge the norm Works to think of creative solutions to challenging problems Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range : Min : $22.00 / hour Max : $35.00 / hour What to Expect Next After completion and submission of your application, you will be asked to participate in a virtual video interview.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
