Our growing Allstate insurance agency is currently searching for Insurance Agent to join our team. If you have experience or new to insurance and passion for the insurance industry, then we’re interested in you.
We'll train and re-imburse for books, training and passing the insurance exam. Your chief goal as our Insurance Agent will be to generate new business by contacting potential customers and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
- Meet / exceed sales goals
- Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
Requirements :
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Willing to learn and apply sales methods.
- Passion to educate customers on insurance products
