A company is looking for a Finance Manager and Bookkeeper with software development and technical consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and imports of transactions into QuickBooks Online, ensuring correct categorization
Reconcile accounts monthly and prepare financial reports for management review
Manage accounts payable functions, including processing vendor and staff expense claims
Required Qualifications
Two to four years of experience in a similar position
Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with FileMaker and Mac OS systems preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills
