Public Trust Intelligence Position

Eagle Harbor is an emerging specialty consulting firm focused on providing innovative strategic planning, project development, and management solutions. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska. Qualified candidates will be expected to :

• Conduct entries and perform image and correlation reviews on NIBIN equipment after receiving training from the ATF or another authorized trainer
• Enter traces into e-Trace
• Enter data into spreadsheets
• Enter data and updating charts and reports
• Enter evidence into Integrated Ballistic Information Systems (IBIS)
• Perform image and correlation reviews
• Produce basic analytical products
• Summarize information in writing
• Establish rapport with others to accomplish objectives
• Utilize NESS for daily entry of local RMS event info associated with ballistic evidence entered into NIBIN and results, and reporting success stories.
• Handle, operate, and test fire a variety of firearms and ammunition following all safety procedures are completed, and approved by the government official.
