- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatments.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the supervising RN.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and complete medical records.
- Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :
