Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our San Francisco, CA client to recruit a PR and Communications Manager to join their team on a long term contract set to last about 12 months.
This is an international firm in the B2B space, and they are looking for an integrated communications expert to step in to the US team and manage a variety of responsibilities during a long-term leave.
You will be responsible for being a key partner to company leaders in PR and media relations duties, aligning plans to company goals.
You will also work to write, edit and optimize a variety of content for the organization, touching on everything from website content, blogs, press releases, internal communications and similar, and handling both new writing projects and editing responsibility.
While this is a manager-level role, you will serve as an individual contributor with a focus on optimizing and maintaining the brand voice across written channels and with media partners.
To be a fit, you should bring 5+ years of integrated PR and communications experience with a comfort in B2B business models.
International experience is a plus, but flexibility to collaborate with international teams and schedules is required. Experience with ESG programming and IR communications is also important.
This is a hybrid role set to be onsite in Downtown San Francisco three days per week . As an LHH contractor, you will have access to medical, dental and vision insurance options, 401(K), paid sick time and more.
This is a long-term, W2 contract currently estimated to last 12+ months. Compensation ranges from $45 to $65 an hour dependent on experience.
You'll join a team with incredible staff tenure, a huge focus on collaboration and culture, and will work from a gorgeous SF office when you're onsite.
You will :
- Serve as a key communications partner and expert to company leadership and executives, ensuring all external and internal content is aligned with company goals and initiatives
- Function as the point of contact for PR and media relations efforts, crafting press releases, working with relevant media outlets, and maintaining brand image through these channels
- Write, edit and optimize brand communications materials, including web content, blogs, thought leadership pieces, internal communications materials and similar
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for storytelling across the business
Your experience should include :
- 5+ years of integrated PR and communications experience in the B2B space
- In-depth experience writing a variety of corporate communications content, including (but not limited to) web content, blogs, thought leadership pieces, press releases, internal communications material and similar
- In-depth knowledge in the ESG and IR spaces of communications and PR
- Writing and editing expertise
- Excellent cross-functional communications skills with experience working closely with executives to craft strategy and communications plans
