An established Insurance Agency is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. Compensation starts $18 + based on experience.
Must have a valid Property and Casualty UTAH license. Position also provides opportunities to earn additional compensation / commission by cross-selling additional insurance products to existing households and new policies to new households.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will work directly with existing clients by :
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Returning text messages (on a desktop application)
- Responding to emails
- Making policy changes (adding / removing cars, adding / removing drivers)
- Taking payments for policies
- Sending evidence of insurance to banks and credit union
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance licenses, Required.
- Must be personable and possess good communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to type at least 30 wpm.
- Experience in insurance is great, but not mandatory.
- You will work one-on-one with the agent and another customer service rep to receive all required training.
