This role offers a dynamic mix of outpatient clinic visits and hospital-based surgeries, primarily serving adult patients. Key Responsibilities

• Flexible Schedule : Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with only 1-2 weeks of coverage needed each month—no call required!
• Work Environment : 60% office / clinic and 40% hospital work.
• Patient Demographics : Primarily adult patients (95%), with a small percentage of trauma cases (5%).
• Operating Time : Approximately 2 days dedicated to operating room duties.
• Focus Areas : Specialize in joint procedures and general orthopedics, with a preference for expertise in arthroscopy and total joint replacement.
