We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem with Potential for Full Time Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in Santa Monica and surrounding areas, including :

- Marina Del Rey *West Los Angeles *Westchester *Ladera Heights *Pacific Palisades *Palms
- Culver City
- Other Cities Near Santa Monica
This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients' homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience as a PT
- Home Health experience
- Valid California PT license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in Southern California
Job Types : Per-Diem with Full-Time potential - This is direct hire work - not interested in independent contractors.
