Oversee and manage construction projects in Texas

Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

Lead and manage construction teams

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations

Report on project progress and budget

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction

Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

Resolve any on-site issues or delays

A successful General Superintendent should have :

Recent years of experience with $200+ million size projects (Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Data Centers, Convention Centers)

Recent years of experience with overseeing projects with 300 subcontractors on site at a time.

An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field

Experience in managing construction projects

Proven leadership skills

Proficiency in project management software

An understanding of construction laws and regulations

Excellent problem-solving abilities
